DetailsRoseville - Dale Street Fire Station Redevelopment The Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) needs your help to guide the redevelopment of Dale St. Fire Station and invites you to conversations about how to develop the site. Design and development experts will host a series of 4 workshops to explore what’s possible for the site. We encourage attendance at all 4 events (they are free and open to the public). Meetings are at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 2330 Dale St, located across the street from the Fire Station. Workshop I: Gathering Information - Thursday, April 11: 6:30 pm-8:30 pm What has been learned about current housing needs in the community? What are the concerns about future development, and what do we want to achieve? Workshop II: Development Scenarios – The Block Exercise - Thursday, April 25: 6:30 pm-8:30 pm Join your neighbors in an interactive workshop to create feasible development scenarios for the Dale Fire Station site. Design and development experts will be on hand to share ideas and insights. Workshop III: Developer Panel - Tuesday, May 14: 6:30 pm-8:30 pm Explore development opportunities and challenges with a panel of developers, market consultant and city representatives to build a strategic road map for the future of Dale Fire Station. Workshop IV: Framing the Recommendations - Tuesday, May 28: 6:30 pm-8:30 pm Contribute to the creation of development recommendations for Dale Fire Station, which will be submitted to the RHRA and City Council.
